     TOTAL: 189 318 shares with a nominal value of UZS 5 000 each, in the amount of UZS 946 590 000.

        Amendments were made to the issue prospectus of 03.05.2005 - decrease in the authorized capital and reduction in the number of shares.
        Authorized capital – UZS 754 765 000, amount – 150 953 shares.

           The shareholders of the Company were:

    1.  SJSC “Uzkimyosanoat” -  76 986 pcs – 51% are common registered uncertified shares;
    2.  LLC “RusGasProekt” – 47 661 pcs – 31,57% are common registered uncertified shares;
    3.  Physical persons (2 people - Russia) -  22 520 pcs -14,92% are common registered uncertified shares;
    4.  Physical persons (the share of the workforce is 340 people) –  3 786 pcs - 2,51% are preferred uncertified shares.

        TOTAL: 162 829 pcs – shares with a nominal value of UZS 5 000 to the amount of UZS 814 145 000.

          Increase in the Authorized capital by placing additional common registered shares in compliance with the Presidential Decree dated April 29, 2008, №PP -847, there was approved the amount of funds to be capitalized in the company's Authorized Fund as a contribution of the State to the company's Authorized Fund, the price of placement of an additional issue was determined as part of the implementation of the Presidential Decree dated April 29, 2008, №PP-847.

          The shareholders of the Company are:

     1.  JSC “Uzkimyosanoat” -  76 986 pcs – 47,28% are common registered uncertified share;
    2.  Center for the management of the state assets -  11 876 pcs – 7,29% are common registered uncertified shares;
    3.  Physical persons (2 people - Russia) - 70 181 pcs – 43,1% are common registered uncertified shares;
    4. Physical persons (the share of the workforce is – 340 people) – 3 786 pcs -2,33% are preferred uncertified shares.

 

          The number of shares is 162 829 pcs - including 59 043 common registered uncertified shares and 3 786 pcs – preferred uncertified shares.
