For the payment of dividends on preferred shares 25% of the par value of one share (total number of shares 3,786 ) - 4,732,500.0 soums;
for payment of dividends on common shares - 2,044,463,764 soums (7 049 sum per 1 share, which is 140.98% of its nominal value).
Deductions from net profit at the end of 2022 to FUNDS amount to 413,891,200 soums, of which:
reserve capital of the Company (5% of net profit) - 129,341,000 soums;
innovation support fund (10% of net profit) - 258,682,000 soums;
labor protection fund (1% of the net profit) - 25,868,200 soums.
For the payment of remuneration to the management and control bodies of Uzkimyosanoatloyikha JSC based on the results of 2022 - 123,480,000 soums, of which:

Korzhikov E.A. - 11,760,000 soum
Ismoilov B.A. - 11,760,000 soum
Gasparyants R.S. – the due remuneration was sent to development of society
Khanova N.M. – the due remuneration was sent to development of society
Averyanov A.A. – the due remuneration was sent to development of society

Abdullaev S.A. - 11,760,000 soum
To take into account the wishes of representatives from JSC "Institute "Orgenergostroy" (Russian Federation) - members of the supervisory board of JSC "Uzkimyosanoatloyiha" - Ruben Sargisovich Gasparyants - Deputy General Director, Nodirkhon Masudovich Khanov - head of the Representative Office and member of the audit commission Alexey Alekseevich Averyanov - financial controller - their due remuneration based on the results of 2022 (total amount in the amount of 35,280,000 soums) - to be used for the development of the Company.
Shareholders, owners of common shares, namely: Uzkimyosanoat JSC, Institute Orgenergostroy JSC, TK-ENGINEERING LLC, expressed a desire to use the right to accrued but unpaid dividends based on the results of 2022 to purchase common shares of additional issue shares. The placement of additional simple registered uncertificated shares of Uzkimyosanoatloyikha JSC shall be carried out by closed subscription.
JSC "Institute" Orgenergostroy" (569,354,779 soums, of which 28,467,738.95 soums are tax, or 108,177 pieces of common registered shares) due to dividends on common shares for 2022. At the same time, the remaining dividends on common shares in the amount of 2,040.05 soums (including taxation) due to JSC Institute “Orgenergostroy” should be paid in cash to the settlement account of JSC Institute “Orgenergostroy”.
TK-Engineering LLC (569,206,750 soums, of which 28,460,337.5 soums are tax, or 108,149 pieces of common registered shares) due to dividends on common shares for 2022. At the same time, the remainder of the dividends on common shares in the amount of 1,412.5 soums (including taxation) due to TK-Engineering LLC should be paid in cash to the settlement account of TK-Engineering LLC.
JSC "Uzkimyosanoat" (560,000,000 soums, of which 28,000,000 soums are tax, or 106,400 pieces of common registered shares) due to dividends on common shares for 2022. At the same time, the remainder of the dividends on common shares in the amount of 328,607,123.25 soums, taking into account tax (tax is 17,295,111.75 soums), due to Uzkimyosanoat JSC, shall be paid in cash to the settlement account of Uzkimyosanoat JSC.
