Tashmetov Farrukh Farkhadovich on intolerance to corruption
Dear colleagues and partners!
The fight against corruption is an urgent direction in the activities of the modern state, since this phenomenon impedes the dynamic and progressive development of society, violates the constitutional rights of citizens, and contributes to the commission of crimes.
Corruption is harmful to society and business, creates serious financial, operational and reputational risks. Now more than ever, companies are taking action to implement effective anti-corruption measures and policies as part of their strategies and operations.
At the same time, in order to preserve a clean business reputation, purposeful work is carried out to timely identify and cross corruption offenses. JSC "Uzkimyosanoatloyiha" is introducing a compliance system.
A working group of JSC "Uzkimyosanoatloyiha" was formed, which coordinates work to combat corruption, as well as provides support and advice to employees of JSC ''Uzkimyosanoatloyiha'' . Internal regulatory documents and procedures aimed at combating corruption have also been adopted, including an anti-corruption action plan, an anti-corruption policy, a code of business ethics, a policy on managing conflicts of interest and others.
Our reputation and success depend on the personal commitment of each of us to understanding and upholding the values of society, as well as ethical behaviour in all our business relationships. All of us, regardless of the level of employment, position or position, must every day undertake to comply with the standards of business conduct set forth in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
For its part, JSC "Uzkimyosanoatloyiha" advocatesthe proper performance of direct duties and management decisions, guided by anti-corruption requirements and ethical standards.
