In 2002, the State subsidiary Design and Technology Institute "Uzkimesanoatloiha" was transformed into an open joint stock company (JSC) and then in 2014 JSC "Uzkimesanoatloiha" was transformed into JSC "Uzkimesanoatloiha".

- JSC "Uzkimesanoat" - 47.28%
- state share of the "State Asset Management Center" - 7.29%
- the share of the labor collective - 2.33%
- the share of individuals - 43.1%
