     Increasing the authorized capital by placing an additional issue of shares.
     Pursuant to the decisions of the general meetings of shareholders of Uzkimyosanoatloyikha JSC dated 06/30/2022 and 08/08/2022, a decision on the additional issue of shares of Uzkimyosanoatloyikha JSC dated 08/15/2022 No. L was registered 0271-3 in the amount of 130,993 pieces of ordinary registered shares for a total amount of 654,965,000 UZS, placed by JSC Institute "Orgenergostroy" (Russian Federation) and JSC "Uzkimyosanoat", at the expense of accrued dividends based on the results of 2021 (less tax on dividends at a rate of 5%).
     The price of one common share, according to the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Uzkimyosanoatloyikha JSC, is 5,000 soums (five thousand soums).
The shareholders of the Company are:
1. JSC "Uzkimyosanoat" - 128,515 units. - 43.74% of ordinary registered uncertificated shares;
2. JSC Institute "Orgenergostroy" - 158,583 units. - 53.97% of ordinary registered uncertificated shares;
3. LLC "TK-engineering" - 2,938 units. - 1.0% of ordinary registered uncertificated shares;
4. Individuals (share of the workforce - 340 people) - 3,786 pieces - 1.29% of preferred uncertificated shares.
     TOTAL: 293,822 shares with a par value of each 5,000 UZS for an amount of -1,469,110,000 UZS.
     Number of shares - 293,822 pcs. - of which 290,036 pcs. shares of ordinary registered uncertificated shares and 3,786 shares of preferred registered uncertificated shares.

                  TOTAL: 189,318 shares with a par value of 5,000 soums each in the amount of 946,590,000 soums.

                Amendments were made to the issue prospectus dated 05.03.2005 – reduction of the Authorized Capital and reduction of the number of shares.

                 The authorized capital is 754,765,000 soums, the number of shares is 150,953.

                             

                                                          The shareholders of the Company were:

1. GAK "Uzkimesanoat" - 76,986 pcs. – 51% of shares of ordinary registered non-documentary

2. LLC "RusGazProekt" - 47,661 pcs. – 31.57% of shares of ordinary registered non-documentary

3. Individuals (2 people-Russia) - 22,520 pcs. -14.92% of shares of ordinary registered non-documentary

Increase of the Authorised Fund, by placement of additional ordinary registered shares in execution of  Resolution   of President  No. PP-847 from 29.04.2008, where the amount of funds to be capitalised as the Government's contribution to the Authorised Fund of the Company was approved, and the price of the additional issue was determined in execution of the Presidential Resolution No. PP-847 of 29.04.2008.

 Shareholders of the Company are:

 

       1. Uzkimyosanoat JSC - 76,986 pcs.  - 47.28% of ordinary registered uncertificated shares

     2.  State Assets Management Centre - 11 876 pcs. - 7.29% of ordinary registered uncertificated shares

     3.  Natural persons ( 2 persons - Russia) - 70 181 pcs. -43.1 per cent of ordinary registered book-entry shares

     4. Natural persons (the share of employees -340 persons) - 3 786 pcs - 2.33% of shares in preference registered book-entry form

 TOTAL: 162 829 shares with a face value of 5,000 soums each for the amount of 814,145,000 soums.

     Number of shares - 162,829 pcs. of which 159,043 pcs. are ordinary registered book-entry shares and 3,786 pcs. are preference registered book-entry shares.
