JSC "Uzkimyosanoatloyiha" is a branch institute of the chemical industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, part of the structure of JSC "Uzkimyosanoat".
The main goal of the company is to participate in the implementation of the unified technical policy conducted by JSC Uzkimesanoat aimed at accelerating technological progress and increasing the economic efficiency of capital investments in the construction of industrial enterprises of the chemical industry, economical expenditure of basic building materials and rational use of land resources in accordance with the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the policy pursued by the leadership of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The main objectives are to expand the scope of activities with access to the international market, improve the quality of project documentation, improve the material and technical condition of the Company and train qualified personnel.
The main activities of the Company:
- development of design and estimate documentation for the construction of facilities and implementation of author's supervision over the construction of facilities;
- execution of individual projects and working drawings for small-scale objects
and medium-sized businesses;
- validation (adaptation) of project documentation developed by foreign companies for projects implemented in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for projects implemented in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for compliance with the current technical standards and regulations, GOST standards and legislation;
- development of documentation of emergency localization plans;
- development of business plans, feasibility studies, feasibility studies of the projected production;
- development of technological regulations, coordination of technological regulations and project documentation developed by enterprises;
- development of energy consumption standards;
- implementation of projects on environmental protection of industrial sites and construction areas.
- preparation and conduct of courses on training and testing of knowledge of rules, norms and instructions on labor protection and safety of managers and chief specialists of enterprises.
Timely provision of technical documentation for the construction of facilities and the implementation of author's supervision of the construction of facilities;

Development of feasibility studies and participation in the selection of construction sites for new enterprises, production facilities, workshops;
Development of documentation of Emergency localization plans;

Development of labor protection rules for chemical industry enterprises;
Development of energy consumption standards;
Implementation of the sections of the Environmental Management System, SEE on the ecology of industrial sites and construction areas;
