TASKS AND FUNCTIONS
1. The main task of the department is to develop at all stages of the design of project documentation for on-site power supply, power electrical equipment, communications and lighting of the projected objects.
2. The objective function is to ensure a high technical level and economic efficiency of the designed facilities based on the maximum use of the latest achievements of science and technology in the design.
3. Types of work performed by the department: development of project documentation for: on-site power supply at medium and low voltage (cable networks, distribution points and transformer substations);
electrical equipment (power electrical equipment, electric lighting, lightning protection, grounding);
According to on-site communication and alarm networks (telephony, industrial loudspeaker communication,
fire and security alarm systems);
development and issuance of technical specifications in accordance with the established procedure to related
departments and subcontractors according to approved forms;
implementation of author supervision over objects under construction according to the department's projects; participation in the protection of projects completed by the department in approving authorities;
participation in the preparation of operational quarterly plans developed by the Strategic Business Development Planning Department (OSP);
consideration, on the instructions of the Company's management, of projects on the profile of the department developed by other project organizations.
Note: External power supply ( Power Line 220 kV and 110 kV substations,, 220 kV , NO kV) is transferred to specialized design organizations. In some cases, the design of 110/6 kV substations can be carried out by the department.
